Welcome to New Adventures

New Adventures Mom’s Day Out exists to see families transformed through reading-based education, Bible-based character development, and play-based discovery.

As a ministry of New Community Church, New Adventures is focused on helping children prepare for success in school. We are guided by 4 values:
1) Learning from Scripture
2) Reading for success
3) Partnering with families
4) Playing to learn

All of our teachers are first-aid and CPR certified, must pass a background check, and have extensive experience working with children. We teach from the overflow of the Christian character we’re pursuing in our personal lives, and we’re passionate about helping children learn to enjoy education through playful discovery.

As part of a long-term partnership with Mesquite Independent School District, we are focused on improving the reading level of all children entering kindergarten. To learn more about Mesquite ISD’s “Read-Play-Talk” initiative, click here.
