What to expect at NCC
What is it like to visit for the first time?
If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. We know that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous” that first visit—and that’s fine with us! Come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and see if this is the church for you.
What do I wear?
Clothes… that’s really our only request. We are much more concerned about what’s going on inside of a person than the outside. Our pastors are usually in jeans.
What is the music like?
Our live band usually consists of guitars, drums, bass, and keys. We sing songs that are easy to understand, but that also have deep meaning.
What about my kids?
At NCC, your kids are a top priority. Our New Kids classrooms are clean, safe, and staffed with loving workers. We offer nurseries for newborn - 3 years old, pre-k classrooms, and a New Kids service for ages 5yrs-5th grade. Simply visit Kid’s Check-In to the left of the lobby when you arrive. You can learn more HERE.
Will I be asked to give money?
Each Sunday we do have a time in service to give together BUT if it’s your first time, we actually want you to keep your wallet in your pocket. Just come and enjoy a service at NCC. If you like it and NCC becomes your church home, then we believe giving financially is a part of our spiritual growth.
How long will I be here?
Our service typically lasts just over an hour.
