NCC:OS Refresh

Our NCC:OS Refresh is an ALL-Day, ALL-Staff event! 

SAVE THE DATE! Plan to be in-office and available this day. 

If you're a volunteer staff member, we'd really love if you could make a way to be present for this day as well. 

We need everyone's unique perspective and voice as we look at where we're currently at and look forward to where we're going. We have goals and numbers and a ONE that gives us purpose and direction for the effort we put towards ministry at NCC. It's important for us to keep those elements fresh and current - and that's what this REFRESH day is about. We'll be taking time to brainstorm, break out into groups, talk about where God's leading us as a team and as a church. 

Take some time to PRAY for this day - pray that we're sensitive to God's Spirit and where He's leading us. Pray for unity among our team in where we're going and excitement for what's ahead! 

Just bring NOTES & your BRAIN! There will be lots of brainstorming, talking, and evaluating, so come ready for a full day. 

We'll provide snacks and lunch for this day so don't worry about that. 

If you have young babies, we are planning to have a babysitter on-site that day to help us. There will be certain blocks of time that we'll expect all of our parents to be present with the team and the babies can be together with our babysitter. If this applies to you, we'll reach out with more info as we know.
