year of discipleship 2024

Jesus’ first invitation to His disciples was "Come and follow Me."

In that culture and time, that was a loaded statement. It was in invitation to come and live life with Him.  Jesus was inviting these young men to spend every moment with Him in order to learn from and be like Him, because He believed they could do the things He did. This same invitation is extended to us. Jesus is still inviting us to come and follow Him.

In 2024 at NCC, we are focused on helping every person connected to our church to go further and deeper in their relationship with Yahweh.

Through prayer times, a bible reading plan, messages walking through the bible from start to finish, and additional teachings, we want to create spaces for each of us to grow in our relationship with Jesus. By the end of this year, we want to see the majority of our church be in a place, spiritually, where they can help someone else grow in their relationship with Christ.

We want to invite you to join us in this year of discipleship.

A great first step is to join us in our bible reading plan. We have two tiers of the bible reading plans, so you can choose the one that best fits your season of life. You can find those plans below.

Additionally, you can take a spiritual inventory test to see where you are at in your walk with God and what is key to your continued growth. You can find the link below.

In 2024, NCC will be creating more moments and opportunities for our church to grow spiritually, such as prayer nights, groups, and serving opportunities. One of our declarations is, We Own Our Spiritual Growth. This year, we invite you to join us as we take ownership of our spiritual growth as we strengthen our relationship with Yahweh in 2024. Will you join us?
